Lightweight, comfortable and safe. The new H-shape harness series by EDELRID stands out due to its ergonomic design, easy adjustability and intelligent details. EDELRID is offering three different models to cover three different areas of use. The Flex Lite, our lightest model, is made for fall protection, while the Flex Pro and Flex Pro Plus models are designed for fall protection and work positioning. In addition, the Flex Pro Plus has a fall arrest attachment point (EN 361).
All three harnesses are built according to the jacket system, making them quick and easy to put on and take off. Triple Lock buckles on the leg loops offer additional safety. They can be closed with one hand movement, but require three separate actions to open them.

At the sternum, the Flex harnesses have a two-piece textile attachment point, which are clearly marked A/2. Both fall arrest attachment elements (dorsal and sternal) are very rigid and deform minimally when loaded to allow a second carabiner to be attached to the already loaded loop in the event of rescue.

For additional security, all harnesses have a fall indicator in the back padding. If the harnesses are loaded with more than 6 kN, then this is triggered and a red material shows in the dedicated window. All other webbing is equipped with wear indicators and show a red thread if they are damaged and should be withdrawn from use.

All jointed sections of the harnesses are made of webbing to allow good freedom of movement, even when pulled tight. This means that the harness fits close to the body and prevents pressure points when working. Thanks to the Easy Glider buckles at the chest harness, the straps can be quickly and easily adjusted. And detachable strapkeepers ensure that excess webbing is kept in place.

In the shoulder padding is a pocket for an RFID transponder (matching transponders are available from EDELRID). Further details include an attachment option for a radio device and a dedicated area for personal identification.
