SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY
Kingsley Orievulu is a researcher at the Africa Health Research in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Climate change is directly and indirectly linked to human health, including through access to treatment and care. Funded by Sussex Sustainability Research Programme they have been developing a systems understanding of the nexus between drought and antiretroviral treatment (ART) adherence in HIV-positive individuals in the African setting. https://www.sussex.ac.uk/ssrp/research/health-and-environment/drought-poverty-hiv-drug-resistance
