Basically alternating the front and side raise movement, this exercise is a more playful version of the two that you can use to keep your workouts interesting.

By alternating the two movement you can lift a little heavier as you alternate using the front then the side heads of your delts giving them a little rest in between reps. Ideally you should master the basic lifts before trying out these as this requires a little more coordination.

Keep wrists straight, elbows soft and in line with wrists, lift to shoulder height only.
