SOPHORIA VFX Animation studios have their own digital dragon called "Atourian." The dragon has taken over a year to complete and was built from artists around the World with exceptional skills and talent. It is finally ready to be used in marketing, advertising and film.
This video was a quick one hour animation challenge to land the dragon done by our very own Co-Founder of SOPHORIA and Animation Director, Jonathan Symmonds. He is a multi-award nominated animator for his work as the Lead Animator on the "Game of Thrones."
The dragon itself is a hybrid, meaning that it has been built for VFX and Game Engines alike bridging the gap between the two industries. "We want to make sure that any client wishing to use or customize our dragon for future projects has the options available."
