It's Saturday! Sit back, relax and roll a joint... or many!

Your first movement assignment is to find a joint and roll it! Scan your body and move any part that has the ability to move.

Our joints need daily movement to stay healthy and by rolling them out we spread the synovial fluid- a lubricant that helps the joints move smoothly. Think, oil can/tin man.

Simple enough, right?

There is one rule though, you have to do this 4 times today. The best way to ensure that this happens is by setting 4 alarms on your phone. When the alarm goes off stop what you're doing and get rolling.

But please, don't put yourself in danger- i.e. don't do this while you're driving!

Here are some places in your body you can roll out: neck, shoulders, jaw, spine, pelvis, legs, knees, ankles, feet, toes, elbows, wrists and fingers. Did i miss any?
