For three years director Mareike Dobewall and accordionist Mara Peiseniece have been testing, taming, pushing, pulling, collecting, rolling, hiding, revealing, manipulating, surrendering and listening to what exists between the instrument and the musician. The result is an evening-filling performance where the accordionist Mara Peiseniece shares her personal experience of life with the accordion. As a hybrid of movement and music this free form expands and contracts while it stays connected to its center - the relation between the musician and the instrument.
