The simulation (in real time or recorded), has a stutter, stopping @ every 5 seconds. I'm hoping someone can tell me why. I use Action to record my Cities:Skyline videos. Is it a wrong setting (nothing is set to Ultra) or not enough ram? Or too many assets? (I use the Loading Screen Mod and have disabled any assets I haven't used or want to use) or too many mods?
Everything looks great and runs fine EXCEPT for the stutter.
I am running an i7-8700K, 6 core @3.7GHz with HT, 12MB L3 Cache/ a 850 Watt EVGA Super NOVA Power supply (80 Plus Gold)/ closed loop liquid cooling/ the motherboard is Asus TUFZ370-Pro gaming/ Video card is an 11GB EVGA NVIDEA GeForce GTX 1080Ti / Monitor is a 24" Asus 144Hx FHD (1080p)/ DDR4 Memory 16GB Ballistix DDR4-2666Mhz (2X8GB), CAS 16 latency, low voltage/ The game is loaded onto the solid state drive, a 1TB Samsung 970 Pro PCle 3.0 Solid State Drive, up to 3500 Mbps Read & 2700 Mbps write/ and the other hard drives are 2x2TB SATA 7200 rpm hard drives (Raid 1 mirrored) with 64MB Cache.
Ideas anyone? How does everyone else get smooth videos?
