Audience members start to gather at gate 5 of Haifa Port
Once they all gather, a very old Capitan stands in front of them.
He lights up his flashlight and start to walk into the port, without saying a word (like "follow me")
The city lights shut off. A total darkness, apart from the Capitan flashlight
The audience follow the small light beam. They arrive at a small pier.
The Capitan is boarding the audience on rubber boats. From that moment on, each member of the audience is in their own boat. Alone
(Wearing life jackets, off course)

The boats sail together in a unison, under a starry night sky
The boats arrive at a floating barge; upon which the Palestinian philharmonic orchestra is seated

It turns out that the Capitan is no other than Maestro Zubin Mehta
The audience is staring at the city of Haifa in the dark. Time passes

A single downtown crane lights up.
The Philharmonic starts playing the piece you forgot was your favorite

A crane in Bat-Galim neighborhood lights up for a moment and shuts off
30 more cranes from Haifa Port lights up, their arms start to move in a perfect unison from east to west
150 more cranes from around the city join in to a choreography that moves between darkness and light, east and west, south and north
The cranes break their unison movement and start to move in different directions
Possible structures are being created by their movements. Different shapes, sizes and contour lines. They offer in their movements all of the cities Haifa could have been. Cities are formed and buried immediately
Choreography of temporary structures
from time to time, on their way to create another temporary formation, the cranes "accidentally" clashes into a permanent building and smash it

מתאספים בשער חמש שבנמל חיפה.
כשכולם מתאספים, רב חובל מאוד זקן, נעמד מול הקהל.
הוא מדליק פנס ומתחיל ללכת פנימה לנמל, בלי לומד דבר
(דבר כמו: "אחריי" לדוגמה)
כל אורות העיר כבים. חושך מוחלט, למעט הפנס של רב החובל.
הקהל עוקב אחרי אלומת האור הקטנה ומגיע למזח קטן.
רב החובל מעלה את הקהל על סירות גומי. סירה לבן-אדם. מאותו רגע כל אחד/ת בסירה שלו/ה. לבד.
(עם חגורות הצלה כמובן)
כל הסירות מפליגות יחד במבנה סדור, תחת שמיים זרועי כוכבים.
הסירות מגיעות ליד דוברה צפה; עליה יושבים נגני הפילהרמונית הפלסטינית.

מסתבר שרב החובל הוא לא אחר מהמאסטרו זובין מאהטה.
עכשיו, מתבוננים בחיפה החשוכה. עובר זמן.

מנוף אחד בעיר התחתית, מדליק את הפנסים העוטים אותו.
הפילהרמונית מתחילה לנגן את היצירה ששכחתם שהיא האהובה עליכם.

מנוף שנמצא בשכונת בת גלים נדלק לרגע ונכבה.
30 מנופים בנמל נדלקים, זרועות המנופים נעים באוניסון מופתי ממזרח למערב.
מצטרפים עוד 150 מנופים ברחבי העיר ויוצרים כוריאוגרפיה שנעה בין חושך ואור. בין מזרח ומערב-צפון ודרום.

ברגע מסוים, המנופים שוברים את תנועת האוניסון ומתחילים לנוע במרחב לכיוונים שונים.
מבנים אפשריים נוצרים מתנועותיהם: בצורות, גדלים וקווי מתאר משתנים. הם מציעים בתנועות שלהם את כל הערים שחיפה הייתה יכולה להיות. ערים נוצרות ונגנזות מייד.
כוריאוגרפיה של מבנים ארעים.
לפעמים, בדרכם ליצור עוד מבנה ארעי, המנופים מתנגשים "בטעות" במבנה קבע ומנפצים אותו.
כל מבני הקבע באופק עומדים כמו מצבות שמחכות להתנפץ ע"י תנועת המנופים.
רבי הקומות בעיר קורסים מתנועת המנופים.

המופע מסתיים כשכל המנופים נעים ביוניסון מושלם עם קצב גלי הים שמזיזים את תחתית סירות הגומי.
עד ששניהם נעצרים לנצח.
