Let's be honest.
No one ever said "I can't wait to do some core work." But strengthening our center is essential to keep us upright and moving forward in the world. It is the place from which all of our movement begins...well most.
In this class we steadily moving through an unhurried series of strengtheners for the abs, side body, and back, as well as flowing through familiar shapes to keep it light.
As a reward, we'll close with a solid dose of restorative postures closure to the earth.
Props Suggested: 2 blocks
