A short motion graphics sequence that criticizes the consumerist habits propagated by Black Friday. It is based on the article "Consumerism is 'Eating the Future'" by Andy Coughlan from the New Scientist and aims to encourage a broad audience to reflect upon their own consumerist habits and to look past the temptation of Black Friday. We address an audience that are not aware of the issue and use visual comparisons to make the situation more understandable. The sequence ends with a realistic call to action that encourages people to evaluate and their consumerist behaviour.
