The goal of The Arc of Freedom and Social Justice is to spread awareness and educate the youth about civil rights here in Mississippi. AOF will also strive to restore and rebuild civil rights sites on a case by case basis for the general public. We strive to educate our communities and put money back into the community by creating and hosting civil rights based events. The funds collected movement will be used for community projects and recreational activities. This act will impact low income areas and give the following generations a platform to build from.
We have a strong belief that the course of a river is not changed by a single rain drop but those that follow after. Mississippi struggles with economy issues as well as educational deficits in our school system. We at AOF will strategically plan and sponsor community based projects and events that will better communities and create jobs for the unemployed. Most people leave Mississippi to experience life and all its offerings, we plan to make our community a tourist attraction by offering Civil Rights attractions and sponsor local events.
