100 Course Meal is an immersive experience for up to 200 guests. The centerpiece of this event a Very Long Table! covered in 1000+ dishes. It can be served as a lunch or dinner service (4 Hours) with fully customizable space, menu, & overall experience. Chefs cook their way down the table toward the seating area, plating course by course. Each guest will eat 10 courses over the course of the night in 2-3 seatings While not at the table they are able to immersive themselves in a fully interactive environment. An open plan prep kitchen gives the guests a view of the action while myriad activations surprise and delight, including drone bartenders, food-etching lasers, interactive cooking demonstrations, and an aromatics laboratory to provoke guests’ imaginations and excitement over the course of the event.
