Today we have with us an Unworn Cartier "Calibre De Cartier" Automatic Men's Watch (Model: W7100041), which has a 42mm stainless steel case featuring a fixed, satin-brushed concave bezel with a polished rim and hexagonal-shaped blue spinel crown. Since this model has a 'Pushdown' instead of a 'Screwdown' crown, it only has a water resistance of 100ft, equal to a depth of 30m. It’s also been given a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal on both the front and back of the case. Through the 'Skeleton' caseback you can see the self-winding movement's mainspring at work by rotating the watch slightly, allowing you to admire its elegant precision.

Furthermore, it has an easily adjustable alligator-like leather band, fitting a wrist up to 7.5 inches and was given a steel, satin-brushed deployment clasp. While the majority of the watch is satin-brushed, some specific areas were polished to highlight their importance, such as the small seconds sub-dial and date window at 3 o'clock.

For anyone considering buying this watch and for those who own it already and aren't aware, to change the date without disturbing the current time setting, you can simply pull the crown out 1 integer and push it upward with your finger. On this model there are 2 integers you can pull the crown out to. The first effects the date alone and the second changes the time, which can still be used to change the date by winding the hands forward.

Even though the watch was given these pusher-like pieces by the crown, it doesn't have a chronograph, but the large sub-dial gives it a subtle sporty look. Aside from the obvious, this model also has luminescent hands and 4 luminescent hour markers around the rim, which is personally disappointing considering the size of the roman numerals, but that doesn't take away from its handsome style.
