The Blood Dance is an animation piece. It is a sequel to the collage assignment done for the first-year Drawing Across Disciplines class in OCAD with Spencer J. Harrison, in which I created a figure with a stone face and blood-red heart and tears. In this piece, the stone figure is using the blood to her advantage: a freeing dance and drawing an expressive mural piece. The principles of movement, figure, and expression were the main focus of this animation.
