Our first official project for our 2019/2020 Seniors is complete. Students were to get location release forms signed, school and parent paperwork signed, and film off school grounds at an interesting location. Then, each member of the two to three-person group was responsible for editing their own video. Although most students were encouraged to use our library music from FCPAudio, a few students chose to find copyright-free music on their own. Basic filming techniques regarding movement, exposure, and composition, plus simple editing techniques were also a focus of this project. Extra credit is given to students who push creativity beyond what has been taught in class.
