1. Begin with the barbell or dumbbells supported on top of the traps or shoulders. The chest should be up and the head facing forward. You should be in a hip-width stance with the feet turned out as needed.
2. Slowly bend at your knees keeping most of the weight towards the middle of your foot to your heels and your core tight. Move your hips back like you would if you sat down into a chair.
3. Make sure your knees are staying aligned with your toes. You do not want your weight to shit to your toes at the bottom of your squat.
4. Once you reach at least 90 degrees in your squat, while keeping your torso tight, push through the middle to back of your feet back to starting position.
5. Repeat the movement for recommend amount of reps.
