On November 8, 2018, Astraea's hosted another thrilling Fueling the Frontlines Awards, this time at NeueHouse Hollywood in Los Angeles. The evening honored leaders, activists, and community organizers who make our LGBTQI movement stronger, including Jeanne Córdova, Malkia Cyril, Alicia Garza, and Chani Nicholas, and included performances and talks from musician Joi, performer Toshi Reagon, emcee Future Khan, and actor Rosario Dawson. The Awards were an opportunity to raise critical funds for grassroots organizers on the forefront of LGBTQI advocacy and activism.
