One of a scene I work on for my Animated Short Film Final Project : "Farewell".
This is how I work on my animation, starting from Blocking with Step Mode to see the main movement and timing, followed by Blocking Plus for more detailed blocking. After that I started to Spline and Polish my animation to make it more smooth with detailed small movement(offset, follow thought, bounce, expression). And lastly I also did the Hair Animation except the ponytail (it was simulated by our modeler).
Character Rigging and Animation(for this shot) done by me.
All Model(background and character) and Texture done by our group, LightBox Production, modeler team.
