I bought two D4+ 2.0 scooters from roadrunner for my wife and my big move to New York City. We wanted to be able to ride them and get comfortable before we try to maneuver the streets of NY.
Dale has been a huge life saver and has gained a customer for life. He got us all set up with our scooters, including teaching us how to set them up and fix a minor adjustment.
One of the scooters had a minor issue, and without question Dale sent us a return label and shipped a new one. I have never had such an amazing experience buying anything in life. Dale really treats his customers like family, and this has been the main reason I recommend roadrunner scooters to everyone!
Now for the scooter- I love the sturdy body of this scooter. When riding on bumpy streets, you can hardly feel the movement. I love that it comes with the large tires because I don’t feel like my scooter is so fragile it could break.
This is perfect for riding in traffic because it has a headlight, a horn, working tail lights and break lights.
Over all I am very happy with the get up and go and the turbo mode is FAST! My wife won’t ever get up to that speed but it’s nice knowing she and I can keep up with the flow of traffic if needed.
Finally, the scooters are amazing, but I’m telling you the customer service is why I came to write this review. After reading the previous reviews about Dale and his team, I will never go anywhere else.
