When I first started my creation process, I didn't expect that this would be what I would make. I had intended to make something serious about my feelings during quarantine, but the creation and movement process is so joyful for me that I couldn't hold onto those feelings while I worked. The more I moved, the more they seemed to slip away and I felt called to embrace the natural joy of my creation process. So instead, I created this video- about finding joy and peace and openness when everything around you seems intent on stealing those feelings away. What do you hold on to? In the end, all you can do is hold on to what you love.
