The Ona-Ara Local Government Caretaker Chairman Hon. Sanusi Musibaudeen Adesina yesterday paid a condolence visit to Olunloyo, where some Shops including a house got burnt at the early hours of yesterday.

The fire incidence, which started at midnight lasted for hours, the council boss made it known that, he received call when the fire incidence started, and immediately he put call through to the State Fire Service and some individual to quickly go to the place and render necessary help. Kudos to State Fire Service who swing into action immediately which prevent the fire from spreading to other places most especially a nearby generator workshop/warehouse and a petrol station.

The council boss sympathized with the victims and thanked God that no life was lost, While Speaking to the Representative of the shop owners whose shop got burnt, he said, there is no amount of help Government could render that could be enough for the loss, but they should approach the government and Government will see what he can do to assist them later.He then promised to investigate the causes of the fire incidence.

Finally, He prayed that such an incident will not reoccurred again in Ona-Ara Local Government.
