Launch a movement (and ultimately a business) around activating intrinsic motivation in individuals, teams, and organizations through leadership and community. The idea is to start a co-working space in Papillion, NE that solves the problem of unengaged, uninspired, and unaccountable. Through community, collaboration, and taking up and carrying the mantle of leadership, we can engage ourselves in lives and work that we love. I currently imagine this idea as somewhat of a co-working space meets startup accelerator meets life coaching meets management consulting. If I had to start somewhere, it would be as a co-working space with a point of view.
