Corso Sempione is a major arterial route of Milano. That’s why you cannot find much space for the pedestrians: there are cars everywhere. The aim of this team project was to make the people of this zone of Milano dream and think about all the things that you can do while you are walking.
So we took the Corso and we released it from the grasp of the cars: we imagined what could happen if all the inhabitants take a car in the zone and tie it with an enormous coloured baloon. The result is floating cars everywhere and a lot of space regained to walk. Some pedestrians maybe would hang pictures to the pipes, others maybe would convert the car in slides for the children, others would transform the cars in complicated musical instruments. The title tells that we are nothing but a puff from this dream.
