A high intensity ‘Nesian’ dance class designed for women to dance, laugh and learn. With movement drawn from different parts of the pacific, (Melanesia, Micronesia, and Polynesia) this class focuses on developing strength and stamina.
Be prepared to learn about how women from the pacific move.
Classes are taught by Julia Mageau from ‘Sunameke Productions - From old to new old’. This class is open to all levels of expertise.
What you will need: Water, Towel, Pareu / Laplap / Ie lavalava / Sarong.
