The enduring understanding of this lesson was switching the order of two different groups - or commuting. So we extended this enduring understanding to our "Good-Bye."
"Good-Bye" turns around (commutes) to become "Bye-Good." "Good-Good-Bye" turns around (commutes) to become "Bye-Good-Good." This cool-down flips student thinking from mathematics back into a musical/rhythmic modality.
