With the release of Klaus, SPA Studios broke the glass ceiling of 2D animation, so I was curious to find out if I could achieve the same look using my own tools.

This was made with Toon Boom Harmony (Animated matte tool) And then some Aftereffects to get the different variations.

If you would like to learn how, let me know. If there's interest, I'd like to make a tutorial on this.
