A short compilation of choreography from a variety of classes I've taught. Classes typically have a different "theme" to them, which may be movement-based, inspired by a genre of artists from a non-dance specific discipline, or social/cognitive issue-based. Students are encouraged to practice skills that will be useful for their professional and personal development, such as playing with musicality, communicating their wants/needs, empowering those around them, and drawing inspiration from differences. I teach by example by sharing my own research/insight on the themes, describing artistic/professional experiences that relate to the population or class, and how what we are doing now relates to my choreographic process.
