Lux was a crazy project! Animation is expensive and timelines didn't allow for custom animations on every asset so we had to come up with creative ways to make each form feel similar enough for gameplay but unique to the point where each form felt different from the other.

Here you can see the primary forms for Lux where I use an introductory animation that is shared and then branches out into a form-specific ending. I used proxy meshes to illustrate the overall feel I was striving for. These were helpful bench marks for VFX.

My favorite forms here are Water and Nature! Forms 6-10 to be posted next week!
