Corki got a full revamped animated kit to fit with his retro shooter fantasy! I really wanted the ending to have a "completion/success" screen, but this was really early on where Champion Mastery grades didn't exist yet (so an S+ would've worked really well), but because of localization issues at the time, we couldn't include any text.
The execution the digital pixel blocks were complicated b/c we didn't use bones for the VFX artist so a lot of the alignment isn't perfect. Looking back, assigning a couple of the effects to bones would've done wonders.
Corki's overall character is quite simple from an animation stand point (big triangle body) with extra accessories. The process for this was pretty straightforward so pure blocking in stepped wasn't necessary!
This series is separate from the Animation Time-Lapse process videos I make, so don't worry if you're looking for those! They just take a lot more time for me to make! :P Please look forward to it! Thanks!
