Happy is the nation whose God is the Lord, The people whom he has chosen as his heritage.
Let us pray:
O God, you have taught us to keep all your commandments
by loving you and our neighbor: Grant us the grace of your Holy Spirit, that we may be devoted to you with our whole heart and united to one another with pure affection; through
Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Then Peter began to speak to them: “I truly understand that God shows no partiality,
36 know the message he sent to the people of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ—he is
in every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.

That message spread throughout Judea, beginning in Galilee after the baptism
