1. Position yourself in the leg extension machine. Have your feet secured under the pad.
2. Have your core engaged, push against the pad and squeeze your quads at the top of the movement.
3. Lower the pad down a quarter of the way then squeeze your quads again to bring the pad back up to the top position. Bring the pad back down to the bottom with control. This is one rep.
