Rogers was praised an honored as a goodwill ambassador during some of the most difficult years of our nation and raised money for relief efforts during the Great Depression. We might be tempted to say that there are a few people that might change his mind! But his approach to life started each day with the decision to like the people that he met. It carried him far.
