Yoga has become one of my favourite sports in recent years. These days are strangely quiet. The calm before the storm, it seems. It's time to focus, to become self-aware. Staying at home means also a lot of thinking and worrying. As an artist, I’ve been feeling extremely useless and empty lately. In yoga, I find the strength to get through these difficult times. So, I had the idea of animating a puppet in simple yoga poses. To try some cut-out paper technique and create a very simple female character. I was interested in animating such a wide range of flexibility. As a reference, I used one of the great youtube videos from Mady Morrison, who I adore a lot.
