UM SognaSempre was a dream to design a beautifully styled sports car envisioned by me as a master's student at University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. It was a vehicle design concept to design a 5-passenger vehicle that will have a unique competitive position and appeal to users and customers versus the competitive set. The project was overseen by Prof. Art Hyde, former Chief Engineer of the Ford Mustang program and David Tao former Ford Director of the Technical Development Center in CFMA, China.

SognaSempre (pronounced: SoniaSempre, "Always Dream" in Italian) is an elegant front engine RWD vehicle design, where aesthetics and performance were not compromised at any instance of the preliminary design concept. As a result, SognaSempre is a great performance car with unique styling, which not only can be used as a pure track thoroughbred but also as a daily driver. Preliminary driving simulations of SognaSempre show that it has impressive handling qualities with very good performance. SongaSempre seats 5 passengers and is propelled by a 2.0L Turbocharged Internal Combustion Engine outputting 320HP.
