The Durham NC-based Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) is on the road to Baton Rouge to support #HurricaneLaura relief efforts. Red Cross volunteers David and Phyllis Quinn of Magnolia, NC will be driving Eastern NC’s newest ERV that will make its maiden voyage to a national disaster. The vehicle was made possible by Blue Cross NC, our statewide Sound the Alarm partner.
