As a result drivers can expect major delays in the area. Thru traffic should avoid Brenner Ave by using Jake Alexander Blvd, Innes St & Statesville Blvd during this screening period. Salisbury Transit riders will exit at the pedestrian gate on S. Merritt Ave only. Salisbury VA visitors who are having medical emergencies should go to an emergency room for care due to possible medical delays at the VA.
