Hello, my name is Ariyan Coleman. I am 17 years old and currently enrolled at Captain Shreve High School in Shreveport, Louisiana. Throughout my 4 years of School I have maintained a GPA at 3.5 or higher. I only joined one club/extra curricular and that was baseball. I have played all 4 years and was on Varsity for 3 years. After graduation, I will be attending Southern University in Baton Rouge where I plan to major in Criminal Justice. With my platform, I plan on fighting for the rights of African Americans to not be racially profiled.

I am excited to begin this next chapter of my life. Although my studies will keep me busy, one of my goals is to become a member of the LSU Dancing Dolls. Throughout my life, I kept God first and will continue to keep my focus on Him and I thank Him for many blessings he has showered me with. My Mom played a major roll in my success. She has always been there and never missed any of my events. I am truly thankful for everything. Once I receive my law decree, I will settle down and open my practice in Texas.
