Last year we sold a beautiful home on Los Arcos that belonged to my childhood sports camp coach and his wife. Fast forward to this past week when we finally helped Coaches Mom and Step Dad hand off keys to the new owners after 36 years. (They lived wall to wall until we sold Coaches home)

Now, normally things go smoothly when clients trust the process, but this time around, smoothly is an understatement. Not only did they repair things prior to even listing, essentially had the house photo ready before we even scheduled photos, and followed our lead the entire time with no pushback, but at the end of the day they even bought closing gifts for the new owners and their dog.

*We probably should have prefaced with the fact that Mom is not a fan of photos, so thank you Sandi for taking this one for the team and thank you for being such a pleasure to work for. Congrats on the next chapter ❤️�*

PS - Coach and Jessica’s home sold for a record sale 6 months ago next door with a brand new remodel and backyard, yet Mom crushed that record by over 20k. Had to say it.
