Our ideal candidate would be having at least 2-4 years of hands-on experience on any of abovementioned brands' products and has preferably worked for a partner, systems integrator or distributor.

Qualification: BE(CS), BS(CE), BS(IT), BS(CS) or relevant certifications

#certifications :
‌Preferred Microsoft (#microsoft365 #office365 #azure #powerbi , etc)
‌Sophos, Fortinet, Cisco, HPE, Dell, Veeam or equivalent brands' certifications will be a plus point

#experience : Min: 2-4 years as #it #consultant / #itengineer / #presalesengineer / #postsales #engineer

JOB DUTIES:

Pre-Sales:

Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers
Support the Sales team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance and sizing
Build RFP for Customers
Product Research
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations; and provide support at external and internal customer-facing meetings and events
Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC)
Compare competitive products to specify the most advantageous solutions for customers

Post Sales:

Deployment document design
Project plan submission to customer
Deployment/Installation of Appliances and products at end-user end
Migration from on-premises to on-cloud

After Sales Support:

Support on post deployment issues under SLA or Service orders
Meeting with customers for trainings and technical discussions

Trainings & Certifications:

‌Participate in physical and virtual Enablement Sessions organized by principals and distributors
Undertake Customer/Partner Product Trainings
Participate in Webinar / Partner meetup technical sessions
Attend Webinar / Customer meetup technical sessions
Undertake required trainings by principals and distributors
Prepare & undertake certifications approved by management

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Technical Proposal writing experience
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good listening skills
Ability to clearly understand and document both technical and functional requirements
Ability to explain and present technical solutions
Excellent relationship building skills
Affinity to both sales and technology functions
Eager to learn new and diverse technical skills
