The Starfleet Academy Exhibition (SAFE) invited Framemotion as their digital interactive partner to revamp and produce their travelling world tour from Ottawa, Canada to several towns across America. Starfleet Academy asks visitors, to play cadet, to test the potential of each recruit to train for careers as Medical Officers, Science Officers, Communications Specialists, and even Commanders across over 10 interactive content deployments.
Each interactive deployment features cutting edge technologies to immerse cadets in the Star Trek universe such as scanning Klingons with a tricorder to arrive at a medical diagnosis, practising phaser skills in the holodeck, transforming oneself into an alien species in a digital photobooth, and finally taking part in the infamous Kobayashi Maru exam.
