Today's Tipsicle provides an overview/walk through of our new "Vendor Payment Direct Deposit Authorization Form" we recently put in place so that we could get all the banking information we need from a vendor, and most importantly, their AUTHORIZATION by digital signature. Between waiting to be paid (the post office), paying for stamps, exchanging and touching paper and pens (and transmitting nasty viruses) and then still having manual paper shuffling, this was a huge leap forward. And one that we can and have repeated for many forms.

This form was created using a SharePoint list in our Office 365 Tenancy, a Sintel Form (big shout out to sintelforms.com) as it provides the electronic signature piece lacking in so many other forms solutions and finally Navo as finding the form and the results is also very important.
