ReFILL is a STEAM (Science, technology, engineering (and environment!), arts and math program we run at Millers Technology High School. The ReFILL program this year gave the Miller young people an opportunity to explore their connection with nature and their own space through close observation and art.
35 young people from ReFILL attended a film-making excursion led by experienced film-makers at the Australian Film Television and Radio School. Young people were challenged to plan, shoot and edit a short "This is Me!" video in under 2 hours, with brilliant facilitation by Lynette with support from Bachelor Degree students, Skye and Bronte. The ReFILL young people from Miller Technology High School absolutely loved the challenge, access to equipment and whip-smart format on offer. Thank you AFTRS for such a generous day of learning!
