Performance reviews for FY20 have launched, so if you haven’t already checked, your self-assessment is ready for you to complete!
You will notice some changes to your self-assessment this year – due to the COVID-19 crisis and on-going response, reviews are focused on accomplishments, learning, and OhioHealth values. Your self-assessment is due no later than August 3rd.
Take the time to reflect on your whole year, and be prepared to have some good dialog during your performance conversation!
Using Workday to complete your self-assessment is pretty user friendly, however, if you need some guidance, check out the process tools and Workday FAQs on the Talent and Performance Management eSource page.
