This job is a part-time position (Must be able to work 3 days a week) and be able to work in our Sandy Springs, Georgia Office.
Under general direction, The Organizational Development Specialist role has accountability for the effective delivery of assigned education programs for NASCO's associates. Responsibilities include but not limited to serving as the lead facilitator for all new hire orientation and onboarding, facilitates various programs that supports ongoing and continuous learning across the organization (e.g. CoPs, mentoring) and in support of NASCO's Transformation Acceleration journey and works alongside their leader as a formal coach in the Leaders Leading Now program and other OD-related activities. This position communicates with the Manager on assignments and projects status.
