What makes your company unique?: Dare2B U was birthed from the life experiences of founding director with a passion for creative outreach. Ultimately, to utilize coaching, teaching, speaking, preaching, and the arts.
How do you define success?: I define success as passionately living a purposeful, fruitful life that impacts the community/world positively and adds value.
Who in the industry inspires you and why?: I am inspired by faith and community leaders, coaches, story-tellers, the underdog who triumphs. I like Lisa Nichols, Marshawn Evans Daniels, Bishop T. D. Jakes, Dr. Gina Stewart, Dr. Dharius Daniels. Female pastors leading in the face of "isms" and adversity.
What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?: Never stop learning, believing and challenging you to become better. Ask for help.
What excites you most about your industry?: The possibilities are endless. Creativity is welcomed.
What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?: The biggest challenge I can foresee is finding ways to market and engage in person, face to face events.
Who is a Trustee in our community that you admire and why?: A trustee in the community that I admire is Bishop Rudolph McKissick Sr. As a transplant to Jacksonville it was important to see someone living and leading their faith, advocacy and authentic care for others wherever I saw them, whenever I saw them.
