• Rebuilding dilapidated porches
• Replacing gutters
• Tree Removal
• Accessibility modifications
• Limited interior repairs include replacing:
• Furnace, Hot water tank,
Electric, and Plumbing

Habitat MidOhio does not do:
• Full Rennovations, Cosmetic Repairs,
Carpeting, or Interior Painting
