We worked alongside Fox Hollies School to create an outdoor learning and active play environment for the pupils.
Firstly the surfacing was installed artificial grass across the whole playground. Then we also included a roadway for the children to be able to zoom around on their bikes, trikes or scooters.
The shelter was key for this development, we installed two canopy's, one with a coloured roof to allow sunlight to beam through outside of the classrooms. Then we also installed another canopy for outdoor learning and for children to stay sheltered all year long, the school wants to encourage outdoor learning to allow more opportunity for the children to get outside.
A state of the art gym has also been installed alongside a stunning MUGA! This area allows children to include health and fitness into their playtimes, encouraging pupils to carry this on outside of school.
