If you're improving Native American students' outcome, you're going to be improving outcome from all of the students as well.
So, I'm not just going to be doing culturally responsive teaching to help Native Americans.
Culturally responsive teaching will help every subgroup.
And, when we talk about culture, we're not just talking about race, culture could be respective to a community, language, beliefs, values– all those, like, integrating into culture.
So, I believe, in the classroom it would help all students and not just one aspect of the student.
So I can honestly say, the First Americans' Education Leadership Program has helped me be a better leader for all students.
