11 September 2020 -- EASTHAM, MA -- The Lower Cape's six elementary schools all plan to restart in-person learning before the end of September. In the Nauset school district, Eddy, Stony Brook, Orleans, Eastham and Wellfleet Elementary will open classrooms on Sept. 16 -- the first day of classes -- while in the Truro district, Truro Central School will open remotely on Sept. 17 before moving to in-person on Sept. 28. All schools will operate with health and safety guidance from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in classrooms, school buildings and buses.
