In the morning, Pepper climbed into bed with Zen when his alarm went off. When the snooze sounded, Zen plodded to the bathroom, showered, made some breakfast, and watched his favorite science shows.
This was the first time I got to be there in the morning to hang out with Pepper and Zen. He rode his scooter to school and back again. I hung out with Pepper. When Zen got home from school, he and Pepper went to the pumpkin patch and picked out the biggest, coolest pumpkins ever.
I love hanging out with these two. The laugh a lot. Their dynamic is awesome. Pepper is an amazing mom who works hard all day and still gives everything she's got left to Zen. I love their life together.
